Barcelona midfielder Xavi Hernandez has dedicated the club's 3-1 win over Real Valladolid to Coach Tito Vilanova.
The Blaugrana boss underwent surgery during the week to remove a tumour in his parotid gland, and the 32-year-old has claimed that the three points were devoted to the manager.
“I've heard that Tito has gone back home, and that is great news.” he told reporters.
“It was important to dedicate the victory to Tito. We wanted this win to keep up our good streak and we worked hard to get it.”
