Nolito to Granada in January?

Former Barcelona B midfielder Nolito could become a Granada player in January, according to reports.

The versatile 26-year-old – full name Manuel Agudo Duran – came through the ranks at Barca, making two appearances for the senior team before joining Benfica in 2011.

Recently he returned to Camp Nou when the Portuguese club met the Blaugrana in the Champions League.

Granada have done a lot of business with Benfica in the past, loaning Carlos Martins, Julio Cesar and Franco Jara from them last season, but that good relationship was said to have cooled somewhat when talks regarding El Grana defender Guilherme Siquera’s potential move to Lisbon broke down in the summer.

The Andalusian club will, according to Marca, look to push the deal through in January, but will face plenty of opposition for his signature.
