Viktoria Plzen boss Pavel Vrba has admitted he is 'proud' of his players after they defeated Atletico Madrid.
The Czech side overcame Diego Simeone's men 1-0 to finish top of Europa League Group B, and the 48-year-old conceded his delight after the final whistle.
“I am happy and proud of the players,” he told a Press conference. “It's spectacular [to beat the reigning champions].
“For us it is a great success. I do not think we played perfect football, but it was enough to win.”
