Juan Ignacio Martinez is full of wonder for Barcelona’s strength this season, but is determined to show that Levante can ruffle their feathers.
Barca travel out to face the Valencian outfit so far undefeated this term, having won 11 and drawn one of the opening 12 League fixtures played.
“They have only dropped two points against Real Madrid have everything else they have won, but we are in a good moment, we are not afraid, whilst being respectful,” reflected Martinez to reporters today.
“We are also aware that we can put them under pressure as we did last season and as we have done well against Real Madrid.
“Against Barca you have to play with order and leave little space. They are a very demanding opponent psychologically because they see that it is many minutes without you having the ball.
“Our team has grit, but also much more than that With just fight you do not win. We have commitment and other virtues and we have the ball more so than many consider.”
