Sevilla have been brought back to earth after their derby victory with the news that Alvaro Negredo will be out for three weeks.
The Spanish international centre forward has suffered a tear to his left hamstring, and is expected to miss the forthcoming fixtures against Atletico Madrid and Real Valladolid in La Liga, plus the Copa del Rey return against Espanyol.
Negredo is Los Nervionenses top scorer this season, with seven La Liga goals in 12 starts. His absence leaves Coach Michel with a dilemma, as Baba Diawara has not proved a reliable replacement when called upon this term.
