Getafe Coach Luis Garcia admitted that he didn't have to motivate his players after they came from behind to beat Real Valladolid 2-1.
Angel Lafita bagged a late winner to give the Azulones the three points, but the 39-year-old conceded that he didn't say a thing at half-time when they were 1-0 down.
“We talked about not losing the match,” he told a Press conference. “But I could see the players had a rage inside them, so I almost didn't have to talk to them.
“I had full confidence in the players, and they proved me right. They showed a lot of character.”
He also commented on the fact that his entire starting XI was made up of Spanish players.
“I did not know that,” he said. “But I am very happy. The club is committed to creating players eligible for the national team.”
