Milan have formerly denied that the club's Vice-President Adriano Galliani met with Pep Guardiola's brother this afternoon.
Pere Guardiola is in the city and spent several hours at the Giannino restaurant, where Gailliani often conducts business, but the Italian club have denied that the CEO was there to discuss the possibility of the former Barcelona boss becoming Coach of the Rossoneri.
The San Siro side have struggled so far this season, sitting in just 10th place in Serie A, and rumours had surfaced that the Catalan Coach was keen on joining the Milanese giants.
But the club rushed out a statement this afternoon denying Galliani had 'met with family or agents of Mr Guardiola'.
Pere however, will be at San Siro this evening for the Champions League match between Milan and Malaga.
