Inter Milan President Massimo Moratti has expressed his disdain for Barcelona's intricate style of play.
Moratti, a former employer of Jose Mourinho, Coach of Barca's arch rivals Real Madrid, made the comments in an interview with Italian publication La Stampa.
“Football is one of the mysteries that exist in life and you never know how a game will finish. That's why I think Barcelona are pretty boring, and would be more so if [Lionel] Messi wasn't there.
“I prefer a more direct and faster style of football. A lightning attack, with three passes and a shot.”
