RM search for Casillas replacement

Real Madrid are on the lookout for a new goalkeeper to challenge Iker Casillas, according to reports in the Spanish Press.

Marca have confirmed that Los Blancos' have listed a number of requirements for the new shot-stopper – they have to be between 26 and 30-years-old, have experience of Spanish football or another top league in Europe and be available for under €3m.

With that criteria in mind, Jose Mourinho's side are considering bids for Real Zaragoza keeper Roberto or Osasuna No.1 Andres Fernandez as a long-term replacement for Casillas.

The capital club's current reserve keeper Antonio Adan is due to leave at the end of his contract in June, with the hierarchy at Santiago Bernabeu keen to line up a training partner for the Spain captain before the start of pre-season next summer.
