Brahimi in Granada pledge

New Granada signing Yacine Brahimi has vowed to show Granada supporters just what he is capable of this season.

The 22-year-old midfielder [pictured, left] has been officially presented at Los Carmenes after being snapped up from Stade Rennes, and says he will demonstrate his qualities as the Andalusians have taken up an option to buy him at the end of the season.

“I have come to Granada to play, show what I can do and progress on a personal level,” the France youth international told a Press conference.

“I’m hoping to have a great season alongside my new teammates and bring some quality to the squad. I think there is a very good team here.”

Brahimi also maintained he was happy to be coming to play in a League he qualified as ‘more technical’ than what he had been used to in France.

“Spanish football is more technical and the way of playing here will suit my style,” he declared.
