Veteran striker Walter Pandiani will continue his playing career in La Segunda with Villarreal, after reaching an agreement to sign for them today.
The 36-year-old will make the Yellow Submarine his ninth different club, as he joins on a free transfer having been released by Espanyol at the end of last term.
Pandiani, who has had spells in La Primera with Deportivo, Mallorca and Osasuna, will be on the books of the same club now that his son plays at. The 18-year-old Nico Pandiani currently represents the Villarreal C team in La Tercera.
