Sections of Malaga’s support will attend tonight’s Primera Division match against Mallorca wearing their pyjamas, in protest at the late kick-off.
Supporters have been angered by the scheduling of the game, which with an 11pm local time start, won’t finish until close to 1am in the morning.
To make their point at the lateness of the fixture, fans of the Costa del Sol outfit are organising themselves to attend the game in their pyjamas.
Coach Manuel Pellegrini lamented the late kick-off time earlier this week, in reference to how it will affect the team’s preparations for the following Tuesday’s Champions League Play-off round second leg clash with Panathinaikos.
