Real Madrid have released a confirmed list of squad numbers for the new season, with a few changes made.
The side are yet to sign anyone in the transfer market this summer, but it hasn’t stopped a few shirt changes ahead of the new season.
Raphael Varane has taken the No 2 jersey from Ricardo Carvalho, who moves to No 16, whilst Fabio Coentrao has moved to the No 5 shirt.
The Portuguese full-back has taken the number previously assigned to Nuri Sahin, who for now takes No 15, but is anticipated to be on his way out of the club for 2012-13, in a loan deal.
