Levante in Pole for Dudka

Levante's rebuilding continues apace with a deal for Polish international Dariusz Dudka close to completion.

The Granotes – who face Motherwell in the Europa League play-off round next Thursday – have already brought in Pape Diop, Christian Lell and Theofanis Gekas as they strive to recover from the losses of Arouna Kone, Valdo and Javi Venta amongst others.

Valencia's second club have now reached what is described by AS a ‘tentative agreement’ with Dudka, who is available on a free transfer after leaving Auxerre, and all that remains is for the player to pass a medical.

Aged 28, Dudka turned out for Amica Wronki and Wisla Krakow in his homeland, and was part of Poland's midfield at Euro 2012.
