Neymar Junior agrees to leave Paris Saint-Germain with three Premier League clubs likely destinations

Neymar Junior’s time at Paris Saint-Germain is coming to an end according to RMC as carried by Marca. The French club have taken the decision to sell the 30-year-old Brazilian this summer and the player himself has accepted their decision and agreed to leave.

Neymar joined PSG from Barcelona in the summer of 2017 for €222m but he’s failed to prove the catalyst that helped them win their first-ever Champions League title. And now he’s the third-most important player in the squad after Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi. Nasser Al-Khelaifi has also spoken harshly about the Brazilian’s performance last year.

Neymar hadn’t been planning to leave PSG this summer – he’ll be leading the Brazilian national team to the World Cup in Qatar later this year and was hoping to maintain consistency and regularity before then. But recent developments has forced his hand. Chelsea, Manchester United and Newcastle United are the early rumoured suitors.
