Barcelona land in Germany ahead of tomorrow’s Europa League clash with Eintracht Frankfurt

Barcelona have landed in Germany.

La Blaugrana take on Eintracht Frankfurt in the quarter-final first leg of the Europa League tomorrow evening and they’re already there according to Mundo Deportivo.

Joan Laporta accompanied the first-team squad alongside Rafa Yuste and Mateu Alemany, who’s been conducting negotiations with Ousmane Dembele and Ronald Araujo this week.

Xavi Hernandez is unable to call upon Dani Alves, Memphis Depay, Sergino Dest, Ansu Fati, Sergi Roberto, Samuel Umtiti or Luuk de Jong for the game. Everyone else is available.

Barcelona will train at the Deutsche Bank Park this evening at about 19:00. Xavi and Ferran Torres will speak to the media after.

Barcelona will be keen to keep their fine form going.

They’re second in La Liga as things stand having beaten Real Madrid and Sevilla in their last two games.

Eintracht are currently ninth in the Bundesliga.

Barcelona beat Galatasaray in the last 16 to make it this far while Eintracht beat Real Betis. It promises to be an interesting tie.
