Ronald Koeman is already feeling uncomfortable as Barcelona boss – report

New Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman is already beginning to lose trust in the club despite not having taken charge of a competitive match.

The details are reported by Marca, which claims that the Dutchman is beginning to feel distrust in his working environment and believes he does not have full control of the situation.

It is claimed that Koeman has already begun telling those close to him that he is feeling uncomfortable at the club and is beginning to doubt his role.

Koeman supposedly feels that both the president and his main board of directors of the sporting direction of the club are leaving him somewhat defenceless.

The club are yet to make any new signings since the Dutchman was appointed at the Camp Nou although a number of senior players have left the club.

Nelson Semedo, Arturo Vidal, Ivan Rakitic and Luis Suarez have all departed the Blaugrana, while the club agreed a de facto swap deal with Juventus for midfielders Arthur Melo and Miralem Pjanic earlier in the summer.

  1. Somebody is not expected to start bothering him or herself over what a man does with his wife in the room.just give them time, you will find out.

  2. It’s very interesting to see new faces in the squad because the club currently has a hole that must be filled. Mostly the club must sign defenders as well. But I don’t like the current president situation and very bad🤨🤨

    1. The president of Barcelona and the Board really need to see reason to bring in new players that the Coach want. There is no money situation at Barcelona will make the team to great players. This was one of the main reasons Leo Missi decided to leave. Barcelona need players, especially after the team has sold several players.

  3. He didn’t even take the job he start giving ultimatum to players leave. So let him continue, his departure doors remain wide open.

  4. to me he is doing the right thing. the only mistect he is trying to make, is letting Riqui Puig to go. but players like suares need to go because defenders are not longer afraid due to declind in form

  5. Culers themselves are doubting you for the fact that you won’t give Riqui Puig and other youngsters the playing time for the upcoming season. Piug deserves to play. He was unarguably Barcelona best midfielder during the return of the league after Covid-19.

  6. Messi’s departure from Barca will be the only solution to our problems.
Messi’s presence in Barcelona prevents some professional players from joining the club.
The club is almost in his hands, and he is only concerning on his success, he does not care about the success of the club or the other players.
But now that the extremist has been found as a coach everything will be fine.

  8. For those who feel it is fun to say that Bartomeu Josep is killing the club watch out for more.
    He is busy selling players
He has not brought a tangible replacement.
He is very good in propaganda and damaging players reputation.
He prizes players like crayfish. He has no vision and progressive purpose for Barca FC.
The worst President l have ever seen. God Please help us. He must resign.

  9. Koeman knows, or should know how hard it is to be a Barca trainer. The stakes are very high. He should have asked himself why Guardiola left, why Xavi left, why Iniesta left, why Alves left and why these key players were not replaced by adequate ones.
He does have a dream job, but the board, led by Bartomeu is purely a business man and has no eye for football. Koeman was used as a scapegoat to inform Suarez that he should leave, just so that Barca doesn’t have to pay his salary. But he goes to AM and will get a lower salary. So why didn’t they negotiate that with him to stay at Barca? He is good for 20+ goals a season. Even if he didn’t play each game.

And yes, now He has had to inform players of certain moves and not the board and this generates mistrust. He’s caught between a rock and a hard place.

Why does he think Xavi didn’t want to come back to Barca as a trainer last year, on two occasions? He does NOT want to work under Bartomeu.

  10. I expected him to know that his days are numbered because you can give what you don’t have going by his success with other clubs, the president is waiting to put the blame on him immediately things go south.

  11. I don’t know what went wrong with my darling barca, it is good to let some underperforming players depart but Suarez and Vidal were great last season and both deserved another run in the team. Luis Enrique left a very good group for Ernesto valverde but the latter messed up the squad development process and totalling neglecting LA masia and never developed any of the new signings but rather allowed talented players like Malcolm, Denis, rafinha and Todibo to depart on loan. Valverde started killing barca that’s all. He lacked a clear project and his system of play drained the energy out of our players, the Roma, Liverpool and Bayern matches were part of his DNA.

  12. I don’t see any valuable things the president and board of directors are doing to the club.. All they know is to buy a cheap player at a mouth watering price and get their own part share of the payment from the seller.. This is hell on my lovely club.

  13. This board may be the worst ever our Barca have in its glrious history. They should have won several champions leagues for haing the goat in their squad. For poor planning and lack of vision the situation became like this. Lisbon scandal among others will stay for along time in our memories as Cules.
