Inter striker Lautaro Martinez is open to a summer transfer to Barcelona ahead of Manchester United, report ESPN.
The 22-year-old has long been linked with a move to the Camp Nou with multiple media reports saying the Blaugrana have identified him as an ideal long-term replacement for Luis Suarez.
The Argentine international has netted 16 goals in 27 appearances for the Milanese giants this campaign and has particularly impressed in European competition, scoring five in six outings.
Real Madrid and Manchester City are also said to be monitoring Martinez’s situation, with the striker’s €111m release clause appealing to multiple clubs.
It has been previously claimed that Martinez’s market value is now in excess of €100m and he scored within two minutes at Camp Nou in their Champions League encounter earlier this season.
His current deal runs to June 2023 and was signed in July 2018, when Inter paid Racing Club €24m for his services.
