Luis Suarez echoed his manager Ernesto Valverde in saying how Barcelona will need to be at their best against Liverpool in the Champions League next week.
The Uruguayan international was speaking after the Catalan side secured their second successive La Liga title – but he insisted that their attention will quickly turn to the visit of Jurgen Klopp's side.
"It is always difficult to win a league title, but we have shown respect to it all season.
"We must continue to work as hard as we have done ahead of this week.
"We know that we will need to put in our best performance of the season against Liverpool."
Barcelona are likely to rest players in between the first and second legs against the Premier League side, with three La Liga games still to play in the 2018-91 campaign.
