Zidane angry with limp Real Madrid performance at Getafe

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane was unhappy with his side's low key performance in the 0-0 La Liga draw at Getafe on Thursday night.

Los Blancos struggled to create many clear cut chances against Jose Bordalas' side, and the Frenchman felt his side should have made more of their openings at the Colosseum Alfonso Perez.

"The result leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

"We should have done more the chances we created.

"There was a lot of anger in the dressing room at full time."

Zidane made six changes to the side that beat Athletic Bilbao at the weekend, however the 46 year-old was not happy with those that came into the side that failed to impress.

"I made changes to try and improves things, however the players who came in did not perform as I expected."

Real Madrid will head across the capital this weekend to face rock bottom Rayo Vallecano, and a win will confirm Champions League football for them for next season.
