Zidane: Bale’s future remains uncertain

Zinedine Zidane remains uncertain about the Gareth Bale's future at Real Madrid, with the Welsh international consistently linked with a summer exit.

Bale has played in all for of Los Blancos' games since Zidane's return to the club, however he was whistled by the Santiago Bernabeu crowd before and after his substitution in the 2-1 win over Eibar on Saturday.

The Frenchman was asked about the situation in his post-match press conference, and he confirmed that nothing is decided at this stage.

"We will have to wait and see at the end of the season, with Bale.

"However, as it stands, Gareth is a Real Madrid player with two years still on his contract."

The former Tottenham man continued to be linked with a return to the Premier League, with Manchester United his rumoured destination.
