Lucas Hernandez has been encouraged to join Bayern Munich this summer, by French international teammate Benjamin Pavard.
Pavard has already agreed a deal to join the Bavarian side from fellow Bundesliga side Stuttgart in the summer, and he is called on Hernandez to make the move from Atletico Madrid.
Hernandez, 23, was widely linked with a move to Germany during the January transfer window, however no switch materialised and he remained at the Wanda Metropolitano.
"I hope he comes to Bayern, Pavard told Telefoot
"He is a good friend of mine and a player with huge potential.
"He has shown what he is capable of at Atletico and with France at the World Cup.
" I have sent him a few messages and I hope he decides to come as it would be great for him and for the club."
