Real Madrid manager Santiago Solari played down the potential significance of Gareth Bale's celebration, after the Welsh international netted the winning goal in the 2-1 victory at Levante.
Bale appeared to shrug off the congratulations of his teammates, after scoring the decisive spot kick on 78 minutes, with speculation mounting that the former Tottenham man is frustrated with the criticism he is receiving.
However Solari moved to quell rumours that there was any significance surrounding the celebration.
"He was happy in the dressing room after the game, because he scored.
"I was so pleased about how he came on with a point to prove, he was fantastic and won us the game.
"He can celebrate how he wishes."
