Barcelona have met the representatives of VFB Stuttgart defender and France international Benjamin Pavard, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
The 22-year-old was a regular in the France side which won the World Cup last summer, scoring a stunning goal against Argentina in the Last 16.
Napoli and Bayern Munich have both been strongly linked with a move for the full-back but this latest report suggest Barca may be ready to swoop.
Stuttgart are struggling in the Bundesliga this season and Pavard, who has been used as part of a back three system, is said to be open to a move away.
Pavard joined the German club in the summer of 2016 from Lille and is the latest in a long line of defenders to be linked with a move to the Camp Nou.
