Sevilla look to Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata

Sevilla are looking at a January move for Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata, according to reports in the Spanish media.

Morata joined the Blues from Real Madrid in a €65m deal last summer but has struggled for form for the majority of his time in the English capital.

The Spain international has found the back of the net 17 goals in 71 appearances for the West London outfit but has once again fallen out of favour.

Estadio Deportivo saw the striker is high on the list of Sevilla Director of Football Joaquin Caparros, with the club having allowed Luis Muriel to leave for Fiorentina.

Morata has just scored one goal in his last ten appearances for club and country – a Europa League strike against Greek side PAOK.
