Dejan Lovren took to his Instagram account after Croatia defeated Spain to rant against Sergio Ramos and his Spanish teammates.
The Liverpool defender was part of a Croatia side to win a pulsating encounter 3-2 for the hosts in Zagreb, with La Roja falling to defeat in the final minute.
Lovren and Ramos had exchanged words before the clash in a feud which has stretched back to Real Madrid’s 3-1 victory over Liverpool in May’s Champions League final.
“Ha ha! 3-2!” Lovren reportedly said on his Instagram live account.
“I want to say hello to you…go ahead and talk now…I gave him a good elbow.
“They are a bunch of cowards.”
