Ousmane Dembele is pondering seeking a transfer from Barcelona after just one season at the club, according to Cadena Cope.
The report speaks of the French forward’s ‘distant’ relationship with Coach Ernesto Valverde, who did not contact him during the recent World Cup tournament.
The 21-year-old only moved to the Camp Nou last summer in an initial €105m move from Borussia Dortmund but suffered an injury-hit campaign, making just 12 La Liga starts.
Last week, Onda Cero claimed Barca would consider using the Frenchman as a makeweight in a deal to bring Eden Hazard to the club.
However, the report in Cope continues that Barca view the former Rennes forward as ‘untransferrable’ and will not countenance an exit this summer.
The unrest is said to have been fuelled by the arrival of Malcom at Barca, arriving in a €41m deal from Bordeaux.
