Los Blancos kick off their campaign with a home clash against Getafe while their first clash against any of last season’s top seven does not come until matchday six – a trip to Sevilla, on 26 September.
They will host city rivals Atletico Madrid the following matchday – 30September – with the return scheduled for Atletico’s Wanda Metropolitano on 10 February.
The first El Clasico of the campaign comes at the Camp Nou on 28 October with the return leg at the Bernabeu on 3 March.
Madrid have a difficult finish to the season as they meet Villarreal, Real Betis and Real Sociedad in each of their last three matches.
