Sevilla could be reported to FIFA as it is claimed they failed to pay Nancy a cut of the €35m they received from Barcelona for Clement Lenglet.
According to L’Est Republican, Nancy are owed 10 percent of the fee, as per the terms of Lenglet’s transfer to Sevilla in January 2017.
However, the Andalusians would feel that is not necessary as they consider the 23-year-old’s move to Camp Nou ‘a unilateral termination’, given Barca paid his release clause to sign him.
Nonetheless, FIFA look set to intervene as the French side believe they are entitled to a €3.5m windfall.
The 23-year-old became the sixth player to leave Sevilla for the Blaugrana, following the likes of Dani Alves and Ivan Rakitic.
