Luis Enrique will hold his first press conference as Spain Coach on July 19, it has been confirmed by the Spanish FA.
The former Barcelona boss will become the 55th man at the helm of La Roja and replaces the outgoing Fernando Hierro, who held the position on an interim basis over the World Cup.
Cadena Cope report Enrique – who also managed at Celta Vigo and Roma – will be presented in front of the media for the first time on Thursday, as he signs a two-year contract in the position.
His first match in charge will be a trip to play England at Wembley on 8 September in the newly-formed UEFA Nations League, before hosting Croatia three days later.
