Alvaro Lemos joins Las Palmas

Las Palmas have completed the signing of winger Alvaro Lemos from Celta Vigo on a three-year deal, it has been confirmed.

The 25-year-old joined Celta on a five-year deal in 2016 after stints at fellow Galicia clubs Compostela and Lugo but made only five La Liga appearances.

The winger joined Ligue 2 side Lens on a season-long loan last summer but made only six appearances for the French side and moved to La Liga 123 side Lugo in a loan deal in January.

Lemos is the third summer arrival at the recently relegated Los Amarillos following Leganes defender Martin Mantovani and midfielder Fidel Chaves from Almeria.
