France boss Didier Deschamps has urged star forward Antoine Griezmann to remain at Atletico Madrid and reject advances from Barcelona.
Diario AS cites a report in French outlet RMC Sport which states Deschamps, a World Cup winner with France in 1998, has instructed the forward to remain at Los Rojiblancos in spite of links to elsewhere.
In a separate report, L’Equipe states the 27-year-old will wait until after the World Cup until deciding upon his future, when his release clause reportedly drops from €200m to €100m.
Griezmann has also been linked with a move to Manchester United, but it has been reported Barca are in pole position for his signature this summer.
