Barca’s Alcacer to return to Valencia

Barcelona striker Paco Alcacer has agreed a return to Valencia and has already begun to move back to the city, according to reports in Spain.

The 24-year-old joined the Catalan giants on a five-year contract from Los Che in 2016 in a €30m deal but has struggled for game time since, scoring 15 times in 50 appearances.

A report in Onda Cero has explained the striker has already begun to move out of his home in the Catalan capital to his previous residence in anticipation of a move.

Alcacer has fallen behind Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho in the pecking order at the Camp Nou, with Antoine Griezmann also rumoured to arrive this summer.
