Dembele ‘offered to European clubs’

Barcelona are offering forward Ousmane Dembele to other leading European clubs, according to reports in the Spanish press.

The France international joined the Catalans from Borussia Dortmund in August 2017 in a deal worth an initial €105m but there have since been suggestions he could be allowed to depart this summer.

Rac1 report Blaugrana have held informed discussions with ‘a number of European clubs’ about the possibility of a loan or permanent deal this summer.

The Catalan outlet suggests the 21-year-old is set for a departure from the Camp Nou with the imminent arrival of Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid.

The former Rennes forward endured an injury-disrupted debut season in La Liga, making just 11 league starts and scoring three goals.

Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United are three teams to have been linked to his signature.
