Antoine Griezmann has revealed he is in discussions with Atletico Madrid regarding his future at the club beyond the current season.
The Frenchman – who was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United last summer – has a reported €100m release clause in his Atleti contract, with Barcelona heavily-linked this year.
“I am not sure about my future,” Griezmann told Onda Cero after Thursday’s Europa League draw with Arsenal, in which he scored.
“My representatives and me are in discussions with the club and we must wait for the outcome of those talks.
“I like this club and hopefully you can see that on the pitch with my work-rate and my goal returns and my main priority is happiness.”
