Barcelona defender Yerry Mina has explained his happiness and positivity after helping the team to win the Catalan Super Cup on Wednesday.
The Colombian netted in the 4-2 penalty shootout victory, which he marked with a trademark celebratory dance, while also playing the full match for Ernesto Valverde’s side.
“I always try to be happy and show this happiness that I have inside me,” Mina told reporters in the mixed zone after the game, as reported by Cadena Cope.
“I had told my family I would enjoy my first goal for Barca and on a personal level I have been very happy with my time here so far.
“I am at a massive club, one of the biggest in the world, but alongside working hard you must enjoy yourself and take your opportunities.”
