The agency of Cristiano Ronaldo have blasted ‘fake news’ reports of the star being involved in the building of a paediatric hospital in Chile.
News reports on Wednesday, as reported by press agencies, stated the 32-year-old would be involved in the construction of a string of the hospitals across South America.
Gestifute, the agency run by Jorge Mendes who represent the former Manchester United star, confirmed the apparent joint venture with Italian entrepreneur Alessandro Proto was not true.
“It is fake news, created by the same person who always promotes fake rumours about celebrities and Cristiano is one of them”, Gestifute told ESPN.
“So, this is not true. It was EFE agency that published the news and they already deny this.”
