Geoffrey Kondogbia is ‘delighted’ to be joining Valencia on loan ahead of completing his medical at the Mestalla, he has declared.
The French midfielder travelled to Spain over the weekend to complete a season-long loan move from Inter and Marca report he said: “I’m delighted to be here.”
The 24-year-old is the latest player to join the Mestalla in a busy few days which has seen defensive duo Jeison Murillo – also from Inter – and Arsenal’s Gabriel Paulista join.
The Milanese giants paid €36m to Monaco for the midfielder’s services two years ago but his time at the San Siro has been underwhelming.
