Inter Coach Luciano Spalletti has appeared to confirm Geoffrey Kondogbia will join Valencia on loan but Jeison Murillo’s deal looks likely.
24-year-old Kongodbia is set to move to the Mestalla on a season-long loan deal but the situation of defender Murillo, who had been linked with a €13m move to Los Che, looks more complicated.
“I think it is going to be very complicated for Murillo to leave this week,” Spalletti is quoted as saying by Marca.
“He [Kondogbia] has been badly advised…he has decided to go on loan to Valencia, but his behaviour does not represent his values as a person.”
Colombia international Murillo spent four seasons in Spain across stints with Cadiz, Las Palmas and Granada before moved to the Milanese giants in 2015.
Despite featuring 68 times for the Nerazzurri across two seasons, he looks likely to depart following the arrival of Slovakian defender Milan Skriniar from Sampdoria.
