Malaga midfielder Ricardo Horta has completed a permanent move to Portuguese side Braga, but Juankar has signed a new four-year deal at La Rosaleda.
22-year-old Horta starred for the northern Portuguese side last season, netting nine times in 44 appearances as the club finished runners-up in the Taca de Liga.
The Portuguese midfielder had made 56 appearances for the Costa Del Sol club across two seasons, having joined from Vitoria Setubal in 2014.
Meanwhile, winger Juan Carlos 'Juankar' Perez has penned a four-year deal at Malaga having spent the last two seasons on loan at the club from Braga.
The 27-year-old has made 49 appearances for the club and has previously enjoyed loan spells at Real Betis and Granada.
