Spain remain in sixth place in FIFA’s world rankings as Belgium climb to the top of the pile for the first time.
La Roja are unmoved in the top 10, behind Marc Wilmots’ leaders, World Cup winners Germany, runners-up Argentina, neighbours Portugal and Chile, Copa America victors.
Trailing Spain and rounding out the top 10 are Colombia, Brazil, England and Austria.
