Barcelona international sporting director Ariedo Braida has confirmed the club’s admiration for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
Mundo Deportivo cite a report from Italy’s Tuttosport in which Braida is quoted as discussing Pogba, and a recent meeting with Juventus counterpart Beppe Marotta.
“Pogba we like, a lot, but obviously a champion like him is liked but every club,” Braida acknowledged.
“For Barca it would be a very important signing, but we can’t any anyone until 2016 due to the FIFA embargo.
“I spoke with Marotta about everyone, and therefore Pogba, yes. A preliminary agreement for 2016? It’s hypothetical.
“I wait for instructions from my club and while I wait, I work and test the ground.
“Qualifying for the Champions League final will be difficult for everyone. As an Italian I hope Juventus are in Berlin. It would be nice to be there.”
