David Moyes was disappointed to see Real Sociedad draw with Deportivo La Coruna despite a stunning Chory Castro goal.
Castro’s goal, shortly before the hour mark, put La Real 2-1 in front but they were pegged back before the final whistle and Moyes said that, as good as the goal was, he would have swapped it for a victory.
“I thought maybe we’d done enough to win. I’m disappointed because we’ve missed a chance to get close to the higher places,” the Scot lamented, according to Marca.
“The pitch wasn’t helpful. And I’d swap a beautiful goal in a draw for two goals in a win. But we are bound to improve in all aspects.”
