Villarreal and Sevilla have been given their Europa League draws and face trips to Gladbach and Feyenoord respectively.
Holders Sevilla were placed into Group G alongside Belgian representatives Standard Liege, Feyenoord and Croatians HNK Rijeka.
Villarreal were first out of the hat and placed in Group A with Gladbach, Zurich and Cypriot side Apollon.
The Yellow Submarine qualified by virtue of a convincing win over Astana while Sevilla went straight into the group stage.
Real Sociedad fell to Krasnodar of Russia, losing 3-0 in the second leg, away from home, having won 1-0 at Anoeta.
Krasnodar have been drawn in Group H with Lille, Wolfsburg and Everton.
