Torres set for Milan?

Milan could be set to offer Spain international Fernando Torres a way out of Chelsea as part of a double swoop on the Premier League heavyweights.

AS reports the Serie A side want to sign midfielder Marco van Ginkel as well as Torres, who would join on an initial loan with a view to a permanent transfer.

Torres’ wages could however be a problem for Milan and they are looking into how they would afford the former Liverpool and Atletico Madrid striker.

If Torres proves to be a no-go then AS suggest Milan will turn to Roberto Soldado or Alvaro Negredo, who have been offered to the Rossoneri and have the approval of Coach Pippo Inzaghi.
