Chelsea have confirmed midfielder Oriol Romeu has joined Stuttgart on a season-long loan.
A statement on the Premier League club’s official website says Romeu will spend the year in the Bundesliga, having been at Valencia in 2013-14.
Romeu recently signed a new three-year contract at Stamford Bridge and has made 33 appearances for the Blues since signing from Barcelona in 2011.
