Real Madrid could today announce the signing of Levante goalkeeper Keylor Navas, according to reports in Spain.
AS claim Navas is travelling to Madrid on a flight that is due to land at 11.30am local time, although there is also a seat reserved on a flight tomorrow in case the transfer is delayed.
Madrid will pay a total €10m for the Costa Rica international, €8m to his club and €2m to Navas, who will sign a five-year, €1.8m-a-season contract.
AS add that the platform used to present James Rodriguez is still in place and Navas could take to the stage as early as tomorrow.
A medical could be booked in for Thursday morning, after which Navas would put pen-to-paper and be formally presented.
Navas would then speak at a Press conference and train with the likes of James, Karim Benzema and Raphael Varane, whose return to training was delayed by their involvement in the World Cup quarter-finals.
