Reports in England have claimed that Chelsea want to complete the signing of Atletico Madrid’s Diego Costa before the World Cup.
The BBC say the Blues have grown frustrated that the deal isn’t yet finalised and are pushing to conclude talks before Thursday’s opening game.
Chelsea are said to have matched Costa’s release clause while it was claimed last week that Costa had undergone a medical for his move to the Premier League side.
