Both Neymar and Fabregas are among the substitutes.
Victor Valdes continues in goal with Dani Alves, Marc Bartra, Javier Mascherano and Jordi Alba making up the back four.
Sergio Busquets and Xavi Hernandez join Iniesta in midfield while Lionel Messi spearheads the attack with Alexis and Pedro on either flank.
Javi Gracia makes one change to the Osasuna side that lost to Malaga on Monday, bringing in Francisco Silva in place of Lolo in midfield.
That means Andres continues in goal with a back four of Oier, Jordan Loties, Alejandro Arribas and Damia.
The midfield pairing sees Silva partnering Raoul Loe, while the creative three is formed by Alvaro Cejudo, Roberto Torres and Emiliano Armenteros. Oriol Riera leads the line.
