Arrasate disappointed with late goal

Real Sociedad boss Jagoba Arrasate was disappointed with the late goal his side conceded as they beat Racing Santander 3-1.

The Erreala were cruising at home to the third-tier side before Mamadou Kone netted late on to give the Verdiblancos a glimmer of hope going into their Copa del Rey second leg.

“That late goal keeps the tie alive,” he told a Press conference. “Kone’s header changes my feeling of this game.

“Despite them being in Segunda B they did really well – we weren’t surprised because we’d done our homework, but their work rate was fantastic.

“I’m not really disappointed though because we’re on track for the semi-finals.

“Although it is true that we have to go there and try to score an away goal.”
